Affinity Enterprise Group will hold the first annual Art Auction Benefitting Cottey College on Thursday, May 4 from 5:30 – 8:30pm at CBIZ on the Country Club Plaza, 700 W 47th Street, #1100.
The silent and live auctions will include beautiful pieces by renowned Kansas City-based artists Mike Savage, Mark Mohr, and Rusty Leffel. Striking portraits of influential women painted by Colorado-based artist Jackie Grawe, including female education activist Malala Yousafzai, will also be auctioned. Cottey College student art will be featured and representatives from Cottey will be on hand.
KCTV sportscaster Michael Coleman will emcee the event.
The professional artists and Affinity Enterprise Group have generously agreed to donate a percentage of their sales to fund Cottey College art scholarships for first year students.

Cottey College is a private, liberal arts and sciences college for women located in Nevada, MO, 90 miles southeast of Kansas City. The college’s Bachelor of Arts and Science programs emphasize women’s leadership, social responsibility and global awareness, along with the specific major requirements. Second-year students are eligible to receive an international trip, paid for by the college.
